Monthly Message Series: I'm Spiraling

Mental health is an important topic for Gen Z/A. Our culture has a lot of opinions and perspectives on mental health, but what does the Bible say about anxiety, depression, loneliness, fear or panic? This five-week series tackles the hot topics of mental health from a biblical worldview with practical applications for living a life of freedom in Christ.

Monthly Breakdown:
Sept 2: The Next Right Choice: God invites us to pause, ask for wisdom, and choose our next step with Him.
Sept 9: I'm Spiraling: When life feels out of control, God hasn't left you. He is still faithful, and you can trust Him.
Sept 16: I'm Anxious: God brings us peace.
Sept 23: Student Speaker Night
Sept 30: I'm Afraid: God is our Strength.
